AA Badenhorst Secateurs Rose 750ml
Our family has, for the last three generations, nurtured our vines so that they can produce fruit of integrity. This is a truly unique rosé as it was made from very old vines and really displays the minerality that characterises the wines from our farm. The aromas are complex red fruits, spice, rosewater, currants and the palate is generous and textured with a long finish.
Iona Elgin Highlands Chardonnay 750ml
Stylish and Burgundian with bright citrus, white stone fruit, oyster shell minerality and a hint of brioche. The purity of fruit combined with well-judged oak and bright fresh acidity result in a wine that is layered and complex with a lingering finish.
Stellenbosch Donkiesbaai Steen 750ml
Complex aromas reveal themselves on the nose: candied lemon peel, pineapple, honeysuckle, beeswax, cream and shortbread. On the palate, lively acidity carries the fruit, with texture and layers of flavour expanding on the palate. A clean yet mouthwatering finish.
Safari BIG 5 Pinotage 750ml
A classic and elegant Pinotage with notes of dark plum, blackberries, ripe dark fruit and vanilla on the palate and a lingering finish. This is a simple way to transport yourself and your friends to the beauty of the South African Bush and the true delights of the Cape Wine Region. Enjoy!
The Foundry Syrah 750ml
The Foundry Syrah is deep, opaque bright purple-ruby in colour with a youthful rim. The enticingly perfumed bouquet is exotic with hints of wild herbs, violets, plum fruit and has a pronounced savoury and spicy character. The palate is intense and rich with generous ripe fruit and structured, silky tannins. There is a delicious, lingering fruit and spice aftertaste.
The Foundry Grenache Noir 750ml
The Foundry Grenache Noir has a youthful vivid ruby hue. Still youthful on the nose there is a distinctive floral fleshy fruit quality with lifted floral, pomegranate and fynbos (garrigue, wild herbs) notes.
