Fire Sauce (aka Zulu Fire) is not the hottest of the hot - as in not SEARINGLY hot, but it is definitely not mild - it has a fair 'bite'... It is a red chilli sauce with great body and exceptional depth of rich flavour. When we say this is red chilli living its best life, we really mean it!

Fire Sauce is the friend of red meat and tomato-based vegetarian dishes.

Paint Fire Sauce onto game, beef steak or mutton. Rest for half an hour before grilling.

Stirfry thin strips of ostrich meat (or beef), onions, green peppers and a dash of Fire Sauce - serve on home made pasta with minted yoghurt on the side...

Layer the flavours: Use Zulu Fire Sauce while preparing the dish - and add a little more just before serving. Zulu Fire Sauce works exceptionally well with garlic, ginger, tomatoes and carrots.
