The teriyaki thin beef biltong is made using a traditional South African recipe. The teriyaki is on the drier side of biltong with that delicious teriyaki flavouring. (Ingredients used in this product are derived from wheat and soybut contains no detectable traces of gluten). Best kept refrigerated.
