Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky 21-Year-Old Double Cask Finish
Matured for over two decades, this limited release spent 10 years in American oak before a 6-year finish in select Amontillado and Manzanilla sherry casks. The result is a rich whisky with notes of sticky toffee, dried fruits, nuts, and subtle florals, leading to a smooth palate of cinnamon, almonds, salted caramel, and marmalade, with a lingering spiced caramel finish.
