Haute Cabriere Pinot Noir Reserve 750ml

This Pinot Noir Reserve wine spends 10 months in hand-selected oak barrels because we believe oak presents each vintage in the best way possible. It then spends the next 15 months finding itself in the bottle. Although a heartbreak grape, this wine deserves our dedication.

Enjoy red berries and cedar wood on the nose, with hints of truffle, sour cherries and spice on the palate. Matured for 11 months in 228 L oak barrels.
