Rubs Portuguese Peri Peri 100g
This peri-peri style rub seasoning has a delicious spicy bite. The ideal spice for your chicken livers peri-peri, simply add a generous amount of seasoning at the same stage as your onions and livers, to be sauteed and deglaze with tomato paste, brandy and cream- voila!
It makes the ideal creamy mussel sauce, if sauteed with onions, deglazed with white wine and cream and simmered for 10 minutes before drizzling over freshly steamed mussels.
For grilling, this seasoning is best for shellfish, such as prawns and crayfish and even chicken pieces, it will crisp the skin nicely.
