Fatty biltong is made using a traditional South African recipe. It is a wet biltong, soft in the centre with a strip of fat on the side.  

Best kept refrigerated and consumed within 2 days of opening.

Ingredients used in this product are derived from wheat and soy but contain no detectable traces of gluten.
