Over the last 35 years I have tried almost every biltong spice available including trying to make my own, nothing comes near to this Africa Spice Caravan spice. To make a hot spice, simply add cayenne pepper and chilli to this caravan biltong spice, I use 45g/kg meat, once tried, you're addicted for good. I have used this spice mainly for all 35 years, I only tried others in between, so not a new find to me!- making biltong- this is a MUST.
